Private coaching
The first session is a free 25-minute Career Breakout session by phone.
We discuss what you would like to explore and what you are trying to achieve, while experiencing some brief coaching.
You’ll leave this session with:
• Being clearer about the challenges and priorities in your work–life right now
• Renewed energy about what’s possible for you at mid–career
• Practical steps you can take toward a better way of working and living
Further sessions vary from 30 minutes to 1 hour, and longer for personalised workshops.
The goal of each session will be to help you design action that moves you toward your goal or vision. This will begin with clarifying what you are trying to achieve and establishing some early priorities and desired outcomes. This may include setting some short-term goals as well as longer-term ones. It may involve setting homework, writing down actions, and deciding how to best track your progress.
Meetings may take place regularly or on an as-needed basis, depending on your particular situation. I am also available in-between sessions via email to respond to any queries or issues that arise.
My practice is customised to your needs and grounded in evidence-informed approaches, including in the areas of strengths; flow; creativity; adaptability; hope; motivation, as well as an appreciation of ‘life chances’ [Lebenschancen].

Payment plans are available. I also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your most recent consultation if you are not satisfied with the session.
